Question for computer geeks cuz I'm lazy

I got my computer out of the shop yesterday. It had a virus removed, the RAM was maxed out, a new anti-virus program was installed and IE was updated.
I'm enjoying the heck out of it, but have one issue that is bothering me because I'm lazy.
My drop down on the address bar no longer works. I have to type the web address for the different sites I visit in every time.
Where do I go to change this?

Not sure how I can help you on that, but your browsing history was probably deleted. Your biggest issue is that you should dump IE ASAP and get something like firefox.

Check to see if your browser history is set to retain history for ZERO days. If so, change it to however many days you want it to retain the info.
