Question for greenhouse growers...

I have two greenhouses one is a 10x7, the other a 10x10. Unfourtunately, I bought more seeds than I realized this year

I usually have a single level of trays growing, but was wondering if I can use shelves? I have several sets of plastic household shelves laying around and didnt know if I could capitalize on space if I used them? Or will the ones on the lower shelves have trouble getting enough light? I will be using supplemental light in the houses if that helps...
Any helpful info would be appreciated

I have very limited experience with a tiny greenhouse but it never worked too well for me except on the south side. I'd say to do a limited trial and save some seeds for next year maybe.
