Question: Leanest Chicken Breeds

What chickens breed is the leanest of them all? And by lean I mean the one with the least amount of fat relative to meat. So not necessarily a bird with a small amount of meat that looks skinny. So it could be a big meaty bird, but one that just doesn't have a lot of fat on it. Which breed?

Chickens in general don't usually have large amounts of excess fat.
But it can depend on their diet.
