Conflict from people? I'll deflect. I'm non-confrontational.

Conflict from life? First comes anger. Then I'll be energized. Finally, defeat (of me, not the conflict).

Idk that I'm energized by it but I don't run from it. I'm cool with conflict.
My boss is a very no conflict type of person. Work is a sh!tshow because of that. No thank you. Won't be one of those people.

To me, it depends on the situation. Some things I'd rather run from, especially if it's happening directly to be, but on other things, I get energized by, especially if it's not happening to me, but to someone that I feel like I can help.
Because I'm a writer, I've studied stuff on conflict and how it can create positive change. Since learning about it, I've been getting more excited and energized by it. It's always interesting how something bad happening now can turn into a good thing later down the road.

Depends, probably half the time I run away from it, the other half I just try to get over it
