I can't have macaroni. GF pasta:

It depends on how it’s made. Probably egg, but if the tuna is made to put in a sandwich, it’s that, 100%. I’m hungry right now, and a grilled tuna sandwich sounds perfect.

I just ate one with lots of cheese and butter.
