I have nothing around me.
I don't eat at restaurants so I don't keep track but I know the closest town has nothing and the second closest has one little hole in the wall place and a Sonic.
Like just about everything something like that would be 45 minutes away.

Not as many as before Covid. Problems with staffing still remain.

Tons of fast food places about 30 minutes from me. Sit down places are at least an hour
