I can't make cider beef stew often, because if it's in the house I can't stop eating it. I'm like a labrador left unsupervised in a room with food.

Before I had to go GF, the local farm stand/bakery had the most delicious pumpkin cream cheese muffins!

Ok, they still have them, but I can't eat them. So it's just the same to me as if they don't have them any more.

The gorgeous fall colors are nice. Food... ummmmm.... pumpkin pie sans crust.
