Absolutely. This describes exactly the way I felt , seeing this weird photo for the first time. Thought AI (Dall-e) was responsible.
My triple hack-response, bending the truth, was a way to express my feeling (dishonest, alarming). Showing how easy, reply-posts are manipulatably.

In the meantime I have learned I was wrong. The photo is real with all the strangeness.
