We would have a sheep or a goat. Really, I would like to have/observe each on our land for a month to decide which.
We want an animal for meat and milk. We've thought of cows also. I need to decide by spring '26.

Sheep or goats are more economical than cows in many ways but cows rarely end up on the roof so...

If we can have an extinct(is it?) animal, I would have a thylacine. Animal alive today, I'm not sure. Maybe a panda or an okapi

Don't give up on the thylacine yet.
