Oh, an easy question - BLT.

A tomato sandwich with mayo and cracked pepper on very lightly toasted bread ... with the tomato so fresh, ripe and juicy it runs down your arms!
Bacon and lettuce are welcome additions, but the core of my joy is that tomato!

Fish filet sandwich.
