Whatever is edible and is on the table in front of me. As long as the food is in the fridge, in the closet, out of sight or unprepared it’s okay.

Growing up in a traditional Italian family (huge,) pasta was a given with any meal - even Thanksgiving. Once out on my own, I swore off the "pasta with everything" lifestyle, or so I thought. Nowadays, while I claim that is not big on my "GoTo List," my pantry betrays me. Out of curiosity, I just counted them ... nine ... NINE ... each with their own different style, shape and use.
So, I have to admit that, while it may not be my "gluttony" favorite, it's definitely my comfort food!
