Today's question is from @ShrekDawg:
Do you react to/are you allergic to poison ivy or sumac, oak, MANGOES, any of the other things with that oil?

Are you allergic to latex? If yes, are you also allergic to any fruits or vegetables? Supposedly there can be cross reactivity.

Maybe a better, more general question than my other two would just be… are you allergic to anything? LOL
I'm not allergic to anything.

No idea on Poison ivy/oak/sumac. We don't have it anywhere near here, and when I'm up in the forest, I know what to look for to keep out of it.

Not allergic to latex. I do have a little sensitivity to strawberries and citrus, but they just make my mouth itch and my tongue bumpy if I have too much. Nothing dangerous.

I guess the only thing I'm really allergic to is stupid people. They make me break out in cursing and cause my eyes to violently roll back in my head.

I'm severely allergic to penicillin - anaphylactic shock-type allergic. Luckily, it's not something I'm likely to get accidentally.
There are a few other things I am reactive to, but not to the extent that they're a true allergy. Poison ivy, -oak and -sumac are up there and so is latex. I have to be very careful about band-aids.

Seriously, I almost mentioned this. Flagrant stupidity brings out the inner troll in me. Since I have been threatened with 'The Land of Ban' in the past here on BYC I now use the 'Ignore' function.

I'm not really allergic to anything either, except for maybe pine pollen when it's blowing off the trees in massive amounts. That said, I don't even know if I've ever touched poison ivy, sumac, or oak. I must have when I was a kid (we had some patches in the yard), but I had no reactions.
