Many years ago, flip phone many, I was raking leaves and then dumping the wheelbarrow full of leaves into the burning fire pit. The phone had been in the pocket of my hoody. I couldn't find my phone in the yard so yep it was in the pit, burnt to a crisp.

I have dropped my current phone in the toilet twice in the last year.

I had a Windows Vista laptop years ago. I got fed up with it and took it out in the back yard... dumped gas on it and set it on fire.

Mmm. Lithium ion fumes.

If your Windows Vista laptop is what I think it is (cheap model) then you would have had a worse experience than I did with Vista. Vista is great, but only on hardware that can handle it. Otherwise it shouldn't even be touched.
