Although there were no cell phones or computers when I was in my 20s!

My husband built a couple water cooled PC, and they're so quiet I sometimes don't realize they're on. I get the impression they're pricier, but I think he figured the cost would be worth not having to worry about finding one of his computers in a fridge one day.


I should say - no, it was not a computer I killed in the fridge!

I looked at water cooling and it is expensive.

I'd probably end up getting a bigger one of those super quiet fans I put in that switch for my computer.

I really wanted to jump up and down on my laptop an hour ago. Or take it outside and smash it into a tree. I'm in that kind of mood with things today. Everything is fighting me. I'll get my revenge: I'll turn them all OFF and go to bed.

My current phone has been through a lot. Dropped it in puddles 3 times (and yes, it was fully submerged) and dropped it on many occasions. The screen is a bit cracked, the battery dies fast (and it'll shut off even if the battery isn't low) and it's finiky when charging but it does work (most of its problems are due to age)

I know that feeling too.

These computers think being sassy is the way to go. I have used my fist on a few devices before. They lived to tell the tale.

That's not good.

There could be a short in it, or the battery could be in the process of expanding.

In any case, it'd be cheaper for me to just get a new phone than attempt to have this one repaired, it's a few years old at this point anyways
