Acid + sweet is a good combo. Texture is fun.

The tang of the lemon, complimented by the buttery shortbread crust is fantastic. Along with soft, gooey, and a settle crunch texture from the crispy edges make it fun to eat. Topped with powdered sugar to give a finishing sweetness. To sum it up its like taking a bite into bright summer day chillin on your front porch. Plus side you can also eat it on the go .
