I think you have a barnyard mix. Not specific breeds but more of different breeds mixed together. You can get some pretty chickens out of that.
I think I saw three boys but I can't be sure. That white one with the large bright red comb and wattles definitely is. If you want, you can post individual photos and we can make some guesses about the rest. For each chick a head shot showing the comb and wattles plus a second photo showing the legs, profile, and posture could really help.
Talons are their claws. They probably were talking about toes. Most chickens have four toes but some have five on a foot.
"Reds" are not a breed. Not sure what she is talking about. Could be Rhode Island Red, might be "Production Reds", could be something else. Typically Rhode Island Reds and Production Reds lay well.
Ameraucana are a breed but there are 8 different colors and patterns they could be. Ameraucana should lay a blue egg. Most likely you have some of what we call Easter Eggers or EE's. Those are not really Ameraucana but might lay blue or green eggs, not just brown or white. Ameraucana have a pea comb and I see some pea combs in there. I think you'll like the color of eggs you get.
