Question on hatching eggs!?

What do you do with hatching eggs when hatching season is over (winter)?!
I have all Bantams except for my Jersey Giant Trio an I dont know what to do with my eggs once winter comes.. Im not incubating past October (Zoomummzy's next batch she sends me in September is my last incubated batch)...

you can pickle them...break open into ice cube trays and freeze them for future use sell them...feed back to your birds for extra protein in Winter
