Question on run ideas

I am going to be getting a supply of 20 Black Austrolorps, and 10 Silver Laced Wyandotte chicks... I have the basic idea for the run down, and the building is ready to go. I just need to know about how big of a run I will need for these guys, and should they be kept seperately? I'm not sure if these birds get along. I will be getting the freshly hatched, though, so I can teach them to get along I guess.

I believe 10 sq per bird is recommended. So 30 birds equals 300 sq or 10x30 foot area minimum.

I would think they will get along.
