Question re: 3 wk old hunched up?

I'm wondering if it might be a vitamin E deficiency? I have Vit. E and Selenium in capsule form, maybe I should add some to the food?
She's still tiny - about 2 wks behind, but her feathers have settled down, no longer humpy. Really the only sign is the closing of her eyes a lot.
She's very active, eats, drinks and poops well.

Can anyone help? I am completely at a loss about this one. She is still closing her eyes a lot, and another thing, not sure if she was doing it before but I really notice it now - its as if she has just sipped some water, you know the way they tilt their heads back and do a little wine-tasting gesture with their beaks? She's doing that but without taking a sip. She is drinking though, so she's getting the Sulmet, and anyway I don't think its Cocci, her poop has always been good.
She runs and jumps and flies and roosts and dust bathes...as if normal, but she's not normal, I know that, she is still very small.
If ANY of this sounds familiar to ANYONE, I would be so grateful.
