Question - taking 2weeks old girls outside

My babies are almost 2weeks and got wings, some have tails and getting shoulder feathers.
It's going to be nice out (80F) for few days so I'm thinking to take them outside for bit.

QUESTION!!!
I have 1year old hens outside.
Do I have to make chicks' fenced area outside of my hens' area???
Someone said they shouldn't be in same area, they might share germs...

I would take them out but keep them seperate. I would be worried about pecking/bullying.
