It's not the area that matters but the number of chickens. Their breath and poop contribute moisture that has to be vented out.
Oh.. because on google it said a square feet per 10 square feet of space.. and the ventilation is 10x4 inch and I have 2. The coop is 10-12 square feet

You aren't incorrect but the actual recommendation is: 10% of floor space (what you quoted) OR 1 sq ft per chicken, whichever is greater.

In this case, 10% of floor = 1 sq ft but 1 per chicken = 3 sq ft, so go with 3 sq ft.
My coop is small and only one side of the wall is available

But my coop is pretyy small and only one wall is available for ventilation the other walls are against the walls of the house

Can you show us photos of your entire coop, exterior and interior? We might be able to help you find space for ventilation that you don't realize exists. :)

Ventilation is the #1 key to good health because birds have extremely delicate respiratory systems.

Can you maybe do a wire mesh insert into the doors? Nothing says ventilation strictly has to be on a wall.

Or is the roof built so it could possibly be lifted by a couple of inches, letting you put ventilation in under that?
