Can you maybe do a wire mesh insert into the doors? Nothing says ventilation strictly has to be on a wall.

Or is the roof built so it could possibly be lifted by a couple of inches, letting you put ventilation in under that?
So u want me to put chicken fencing on the door?
 
Can you show us photos of your entire coop, exterior and interior? We might be able to help you find space for ventilation that you don't realize exists. :)

Ventilation is the #1 key to good health because birds have extremely delicate respiratory systems.

Ohh that works? Because I thought the air had to be from the top. And also we got the vents already :/

It may or may not, and only you'd know if that was a good place to put that much ventilation - I do not know your wind directions and cannot check for drafts in the roost area for you, you need to do that first.

And you could just return the vents or install them elsewhere, i.e. if you only did half a door in wire mesh you'd still need additional ventilation.
