I couldent find my chicken but I'm pretty sure she flew and rooster in my neighbors yard will she come back in the morning when she hears my chickens?

Usually, chickens will come back to where they are used to. They always find their way back home. I just hope nothing bad happened to your chicken.

Btw, welcome to BYC!

They usually go into their coop at night so it might turn up tonight

Welcome! Did she turn up this evening? My chickens will often wander out of view but always come back to roost at night.
Well, my puppy likes to chase them around' and since my hen is a bantam she can fly pretty much like a bird and I'm pretty sure she left, I went to check the coop and she wasent there' so I know she's roosting Somewere but, my chickens usually call everytime a member is missing, so I'm hoping for her to turn up this morning

Well first, you have to keep your puppy from chasing them. If he gets ahold of one and kills it that will be the start of a much bigger problem. Your hen probably doesn't feel safe with him around and won't come back. Maybe she has moved into some neighborhood coop and plans to stay there.
