Can game fowl have rose comb? Can anyone tell me how to figure out if you roo is game?

And can anyone tell me if this is game and if So what he is?

A game bird is defined as "a bird, such as a pheasant or grouse, that is widely hunted for sport."
This does not describe a rooster such as the one pictured, which would be considered "poultry," defined as "domesticated fowl, such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, or geese, raised for meat or eggs."
