Questionable silkie please help Now w/RECENT PICS

So i've posted many pictures of my questionable silkie who we deemed a girl. So she is molting really bad right now and is 27 weeks....She hasn't crowed hasn't laid and egg but today I noticed 2 very small tiny little pink wattles. She has no comb to speak of so is it still safe to assume she is still a she.

Still getting new head feathers..molting really bad

In the 6th pic are all those little feathers coming in? , My chickens all have the type of thing on their heads and necks. they are kinda shiny and when I look close they look like little feathers? anyone know?

No they aren't streamers they are all uniform in length its where its gotten new feathers all those little pins on the head are the new feathers so Ethel is currently rockin a mullet really ugly....

My guess would also be a cockeral. It looks like longer hackle feathers also are coming in
