Questions about eating ducks

I have a few too many runner ducks-are they worth eating? If so, what age is best?

I have two male Pekins who look really tasty-9 weeks old now, and I am still on the fence about keeping them. How late can I still process them and have them be good? (I read the ideal time is 7 weeks, and we already passed that)

Runners aren't really worth eating. There wouldn't be much meat at all. I had some Khaki Campbells done up and it really wasn't worth it. See if you can sell them, lots of people like buying them.
