Yes, start small. Emus are fun but very advanced. I think quail would be good for you, they hatch quickly, lay lots of eggs, and are very small and easy to keep. You could even keep them inside your house.Ok i see start small then move my way up the chain i cant raise turkey my dad will eat them lol.
Any bird can be friendly if you handle it lots. I think quail would work the best for you. They are quite friendly. Ducks are very friendly, and so are chickens, but they are hard to keep as "pets". Turkeys are friendly too.what do you thinks most friendly
Sounds like you live on a wonderful farm then.oh my brother raises and sells cows and eats the cows so were fine on meat
I think you should wait until you are older to have emu. They are very expensive, and hard to raise. They need a heated barn and are very big (they can get up to six feet tall). I love the interest, but they are super challenging and not very good for "pets".so what do you think i should raise before emu i realy don't want my emu to die
