Yes you can but it is best to keep them in groups, they dont like to be solo.

They can be shipped that way, because they are still living off the nutrients of the yolk they obsorbed

It is best to start them at approx 95 degrees and drop 5 degrees a week till fully feathered (usually about 8 weeks)

Red light is best if just for heat, and it will help avoid picking on each other.

MPC does, but they are expensive, you pay a lot for a heating pad since there are not enough chicks to keep each other warm.
