Questions on selling eggs.

www.eggboxes.com seemed to have pretty good prices, IMO-clear cartons are .18 each, compared to the .40 + I have seen at other places- I have not ordered from them though, so I can't vouch for customer service or quality

i reuse cartons. I purchased a self-inking stamper with our name and phone number and we stamp the sticky computer labels and place the label over the company name on the carton. I think the law varies state by state.

I've been purchasing my eggs from an Amish family for years now. I bring them my cartons to use (as well as the extras from family/friends). They sell their free range eggs for $1.10/dozen. They felt bad when they had to raise the price from $0.90/dozen a year ago. I'm just thankful that they've always got plenty when I go. The best eggs I've ever eaten. I can hardly wait until my brother's chickens start laying...closer to home and free (except for the occasional chicken-sitting when he's away.)
