Quick chicken cage

Good looking cage. Why don't you bolt large castors or wheels on one end like a chicken tractor? It would make moving it easy and then you may put a floor in it and screen up the sides a little for chicks between brooder and yard size.

We moved it a few feet so I could mow under it and my wife is not really strong enough to get half. Two fairly strong people could move it easily if there were carrying handles like 2x4s stuck through it so you could get a good hold with your feet out of the way. It absolutely will not drag like it is.

I think I will mount it to a frame of pressure treated 2x4s with the ends beveled and it should be fairly easy to move by dragging it. I can use the bottom frame to mount a nest box, feeder etc.
