SO I SENT THE SUSPECT MALE TO A FARM/city HOME WHERE THEY WANTED A MALE,
I didn;t really see him until I cleaned the pen this am and took a long look, yikes! that tail!!

so I kept all the small , girl looking ones, still wish I had kept my broody hen and hatched out gold buffies, I just love buffies.... sigh, sigh, sigh......
so now I have two year old buffies, smart buffie and stupid buffy, stupid outlays smart by 2/1, smart keeps stupid in the pen.
I have one gold comet, , hopefully a hen, 8 weeks old and one gold sex link or gold comet 6 weeks old and two gold lace wys 6 weeks old, they look like hens.
tonight big gold, her job is to lead them up the ramp to the heat lamp in the coop.......
not just heat lamp in the run.

big buffies may be willing to share coop at night,,,,,they are very racist and do not like black chicks...... and i am aware in july/aug I get skunks wandering by at night......
makes my sleep very on edge!!!

ps sold these chicks on portland craigslist for 20$ in twenty minutes......

chicks went to great home.....
