Quick OEGB question

Do black oegb's have white ear lobes? This is a McMurray chick - 3 months old, definitely a cockeral. Legs are black, single red comb and white ear lobes. Same with female of same breed. Thought they might be white faced black Spanish? Thanks for helping.

So I wonder...when they are young, how do you tell the difference between a black oegb and a white faced black Spanish (if an oegb can, indeed, have white ear lobes)?

I don't know how old this post is, but I have a pair of Black OEGB bantams, I sent pictures of them to a former breeder/shower to make sure that is what they are. mine have brilliant blue ear patches. They are about 3 1/2 months old.
