Quiet chook? Or something wrong?

Hello all!
I have four chickens (three silkies and one frizzle) and I am loving getting to know them. One of my silkies seems to sit around a lot while the others are scratching. She follows the group but then just stands or sits there while the rest of them have a good explore. Is she sick? Or just lazy?
Bit of background - my frizzle had worms or coccidiosis (not sure which, just treated for both when she became listless and had diarrhoea and now she is fine again). I’ve treated the whole flock through their water, so I don’t think this silkie has that.
My husband just thinks I’m fretting but I just don’t want her to be unhappy! Grateful any advice/experiences that could help me :)

You've intuitively picked up on one of the first signs that a chicken is having a health issue. You are wise to listen to this hunch.

You need to examine this little one from head to toe. Look at eyes, inside the ear openings, inside the mouth and throat for anything out of the norm.

Move down to the crop. Feel for fullness and consistency. Hard, soft, squishy, lumpy, empty, full, or partially full.

Check abdomen for hard lumps, fatty deposits, swelling.

Look at the vent. Is it enlarged, pulsating, emitting a watery discharge, either clear or yellow tinged?

Check for swelling of the legs or raised scales. Check feet for abrasions, scabs, or swelling.

Recall where this hen has been spending time. Any rotting compost or stagnant puddles or machinery leaking fluids? Any insecticide use in the area?

So I felt her crop and I think it’s a little squishy, as opposed to hard or full or empty (I did this late afternoon). She didn’t seem to be in pain and no smells so I don’t think it’s bad sour crop but maybe? I massaged it upwards like I read on the forums. I’ll keep trying that for a few days and see if there is any improvement.
No issues with vent or eyes or feet or anything! Let me know if I should be doing anything differently.

Read this article. It will fill in some information about crop disorders you might need. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Sour crop almost never smells bad in the early stages. Impacted crop is more likely to stink. Massaging sour crop is not part of the treatment and can be dangerous. Try not to do it, even though this misinformation is everywhere, even on this site. It's a very dangerous thing to do to a hen with sour crop as they can die from aspirated fluid.

Is her crop still full this morning? If so, I suggest starting her on the miconazole treatment.

When I have a bird that is acting 'off' I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.
