OK... I bit off more than I can chew... again.

I tried to make a really complicated one and it is way to small so I have to start over. I have a feeling that I will be sending it out on the 25th.

Here is my failure.

I have a love/hate relationship with quilting.

The whole thing is just too small, not just the flying geese. It is also crooked and just not right. I think I am just trying to go above my skill level. I tried to jump ahead of my abilities, again. I will get over my frustration, I just need to not expect so much when I have been quilting less than a year.

Hate to tell you but even though I have sewn and quilted for a long time...mine still come out wonky half the time. Once I get over my disappointment, I realize that is what gives a quilt it's character. I'm sure you will find the perfect block to do. Those odd size blocks make great potholders.

Finished my block tonight! (While watching Return To Cranford-anyone else caught the BBC Cranford series on PBS? It was wonderful!)
