I got chickens again!!! After 3 MONTHS, I've been good up until now! LOL We went to buy mesh for a run today and on the way back stopped at a poultry dealer in Cork to look at what he's got. He opened the shed door and this Sussex pullet flew out, into my legs. I picked her up for a cuddle and that was it… We bought the Bluebell to keep her company

Aren't they beautiful?



All I could find feed-wise was some mixed scratch and spinach for greens. Thank goodness I had the small cage at home for temp accommodation. Tomorrow we are going to empty the shed and start putting a run up for them.
