Imagine paying under 4K for a house or under 900 bucks for a new car. I remember my father paying 2600 bucks for a brand new Cadillac and I remember when we moved to Los Angeles paying 75 dollars a month for a furnished one bedroom apartment all utilities paid.

A 30 thousand dollar home was a nice home. Can't find one for that today, not even a Condo for that price..a glorified apt. living. :/
