sumi, I hope you get those results soon! No fun waiting. I thought I was going in today. Had the appt. for my ... what I thought I was going to have as a mammo..but got a call yesterday and said that the lady made a mistake. She says, I need a follow up Ultra Sound of the right breast. I will have it done on the 31st. I've waited 6 months for this silly thing. I kind of wondered when I made the appt...why would I get another mammo on both? Then the call...now that makes sense. I had the follow up after the first mammo with the Ultra Sound, I should be getting another Ultra Sound, and that is what is going to happen. Thank goodness. I am hoping I get results right then and there! I will be watching the screen as they do it..so, I should know. Plus, last time, the dr. came in and looked and talked while he looked.
Good luck to you! Will get on here tomorrow to check if you know! I use a PC, don't have the fancy phone.. :p

Yep, got mail this morning, but nothing from the hospital. 7 weeks today.

I had one a couple of months ago and was sent for an ultrasound also. Turned out to be just dense tissue, so I hope for a good result for you also. Now I have to fight the insurance, because they denied the claim for the ultrasound! Over $1000! My mother had a breast removed and survived breast cancer for over 10 years, before liver cancer took her. So you would think they would cover anything related for me! My mother! So we'll see.
