Hey, I've taken a short nap everyday for the past almost 69 years. Even when I was still working, before I retired, I took a short "power nap" at lunch each day in my office.

Takes years of practice to do it right. It is not like actually sleeping at all. And you really do refresh as a result of them.

Now, in retirement, they are longer and a lot more relaxing though.

No offense was taken by the way. Just wanted everyone to know that naps are no simple thing to perfect.
 
Are they for those who are privileged enough to have time left over to spend that way?
