Why is this?
It is like the opposite of hypochondria.

My husband calls it parking lot miracles.
I get to the doctor's office and I proclaim, "I am well."

blaaa.  

My son just got up and said, 'You look and sound great!" 

"I KNOW! I am going to go spend time and money and look like a true hypochondriac... Why wouldn't I be well?"

I was coughing so hard yesterday I pulled all the mussels under my right arm.... But this morning? nothing. 
I should patent this somehow.

Okay, done venting, I am off for a 45 minute drive to the doctors.
I should be radiant by then.

Glad you are feeling better! Just don't have a relapse the minute you walk out of the doctor's office!

(Not just people seem to do this, you have a lame horse or sick dog? Fastest way to cure them is to have the vet out!)
