Sorry your feeling bad. Herbs take longer to work but at least they don't have the side effects man made stuff does.

Thanks Miss Lydia, how are you today? I did break down and buy some Mucinex yesterday, I needed to sleep. I was having issues sleeping due to coughing, the other night I got like 3 hours of sleep, which didn't help my cold! Why, why do we get colds in the spring? Oh I so want to play inthe garden a lot, but still on restrictions for my arm, just a few more weeks.

Welcome chickchoon 1 if your like me you get use to the moderate temps so when they drop again it just seems so hard to get use to them again, we had a week of spring like temps and then whamo back to winter for a couple days , hard on the ole body. lol

Oh I hate the coughing, seems to take for ever to go away too. Maybe this is just to keep you from over doing with your arm, now you have to take it easy. Drink lots of liquids that is suppose to help with coughing and mucus. a few more weeks will go by fast, can you believe we're almost into 4th month of the year already.

Well that is one way to look at my cold. Yikes, four months just flew by and dragged at the same time, lol. I love spring. Do you have a garden?
