Most of it isn't even a big deal. Everyone else seems to think they could make the decision so easily. I on the other hand have to weigh the pros and cons until I'm blue in the face. I want to make the right decision yet keep the peace.

Sounds to me that your going about it the right way. Always weigh your options that way your making a informed decision.
