Well, not the best day for me. I went to the dentist today...ugh, I have terrible teeth! I brush my teeth twice every day and try to floss (when I remember, which isn't very often). I don't eat sugary foods. Yet, I went in and have 5 cavities

that stinks, some people just have soft teeth, my husband has wicked soft teeth

My dentist does a neat trick with a Q-tip. He'll press it against the gum and hold it there until that spot is numb, then he'll fo the shot. You don't feel the needle at all. I was pleasantly surprised. I too dislike needles. :oops:

Awe, I'm so sorry! :hugs Cavities and getting teeth pulled and whatever else the dentist might do is awful! Though the last time I went in to the dentist I barely reacted to shots, I think I've had them so many times I'm getting used to them! Good luck!
 
Bantam, I get to go get my teeth cleaned on the 23rd. Will see what happens. I almost don't want to say this without knocking on wood. No cavities in yrs.! But, I had some pain the other night in a lower right tooth. What? Nooooo!

Good luck you your visit, if you haven't had it already. So, there are things to strengthen the teeth. Has your dentist mentioned anything? Given you any free products to try out?
