I Am SOOOOO P.O.ed! We are watching my grandma's mini schnauzer ( white one pictured ) for two weeks. Ive made sure that everytime I have the ducklings out of the brooder they are in a metal rabbit cage wrapped in my white corral.
Well We took all our dogs to the Gma's house since my younger sister was having a party . I put the ducklings all in the corral so they would have more room.
We go and pick the dogs up and I tell Everyone NOT to let the dogs out back since the ducklings are only in the corral and I needed to runa nd get something .
I come home and the **** ******************************************** 89y6rq7346w6597346t9374yhrqibjkrfh iasruh Dog has got all the ducklings out and KILLED LIL WAYNE!
I am heart broken. I cant even look at the dog with out thoughts of strangling her. I had to leave the house for a few hours to cool down and I come home and see her and Im STILL having death thoughts.
Last time we kept her for my grandparents she killed my hamster - which I nursed back to health from the brink of death for two months prior. She was just getting all nice and healthy when the devil dog "played". Sad thing is I ahd to finish her off because she was still alive. Soaking wet, numerous puncture wounds and covered in blood.
I am just.... I cant even explain it. I want to cuss out the world and break things and hurt something. I know that this is not a mature response to what Happened. I know that this is not the dogs fault as it is the dogs instincts. I know I shouldnt shun the dog from me since ive know her since she was born but I am just SO MAD!

Well I know there is the famous Micro Duck - Could I have a micro scovie?
Lil Wayne ( Dont like him, but my sister does and she named him ) Is our runt. He was noticably smaller as a day old. Half the sie he should be. Well he was born Monday or so and he hasnt grown AT ALL. I have some non scovie ducklings and some scovie ducklings of the same hatch and they are all three times his sized.
For the first few days I had to help hand feed and water him, he couldnt lift his neck or head very well and isnt a good walker. Very lethargic.
He is doing better now, he is 1 of 21 and is still slow but he can keep his neck / head up and is eating and drinking well on his own.
But - Is is still the size of a day old! The others and all three times his size. I have my mallard duckling ( three week old Jelly Bean ) in with them ( Lil Wayne, 2 mutts, and Jelly ) and Lil wayne sticks close to Jelly's side.
I just thought that this would be interesting to see how big he would get and to see if I might have a micro scovie! Haha... mini scovies...
