Rabbit death-Need to know what caused it!

I have had rabbits for along time and same for the girls who i got mine from in the beginning, same thing happened to one of her kits, turned out that it was an injury caused by being dropped (her 9 yr old boy accidentally dropped it), though a fall would do it too. kits should remain with mom till they are 8 weeks old, separating them from mom at 4 weeks of age is very detrimental for the kits.

the pet store is liable for the kits injury, in other words you gave them healthy (underage of course) kits and they failed to provide a safe environment for the kits.

So cute! Reminds me of my Ozzy.

I'm agreeing with the others about a probable spinal injury. I lost my Thumper, a Silver Martin, to spinal injury. He lived for 2 months like that, until I had him put down because he seemed very unhappy living like that. But Thumper was full-grown and I set his spine so well, the vet could only find the break by x-ray, otherwise he would have died shortly after injury and not long enough to try treating him with steroids to see if any improvement occurred.
