She is adorable, but will be a dq in open class. The breeder may have wanted to save her for breeding because if you breed a charlie (less than 10% of body with color) to a solid, you can end up with some really nice brokens. So, she might be very nice for breeding, but not for the arba show table.

no a mini rex doesnt fall under the english lop class...
u should call the office

but it looks like you have a charlie broken.. you need at least 10% of his/her color to be black
which doesnt look like the case...
but a judge may let it pass
