Rabbit's back hips rotated to the left?

Sounds like hip dysplasia which actually isn't that uncommon in rabbits. There have been studies done on the subject and they found that even kits being reared on too smooth of surfaces can cause a rabbit to be more prone to hip dysplasia as they grow of course genetics also plays a role in it

Somehow I missed this post, thanks for this. I read an article about it and they do sound very similar. Sadly, I don't think that veterinary treatment is going to be an option for me. My parents definitely wont pay for any treatment, and even if she is diagnosed, I wont be able to pay for surgery.
I'm worried she's in pain. Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping her comfortable?

Does hip dysplasia alow them to get their legs underneath them at all though? The articel didn't specify. Sometimes its as bad as in the photos, sometimes she hops normally, and sometimes in between. Does that still sound like hip dysplasia?
Thanks for the help everyone! I appreciate it.

I ordered Aspen a PetMate litter box with stairs yesterday. I should arrive tomorrow. I'm hoping that will make it easier for her to get in and out of her litter box with her disability.
Read through this article and I think I'm going to use a lot of its tips. Tell me what you think. The hardest part is its for dogs, and it suggests stuff like free lipped muscle oil. Does anyone know if an herbivore can eat that? I'm assuming no.
I'll grab a link in a second.

Green-lipped mussel? I just got some for one of my dogs - it's supposed to be an effective anti-inflammatory.

Not much in the way of information about use in rabbits, but this article makes reference to it.
I use it for my dogs raw diet to lower the omega-6 amount since I can't find pasture raised chicken. It's really great stuff!
Here's the article- https://www.dogsnaturallymagazine.com/natural-ways-to-manage-hip-dysplasia-in-dogs/
It has a lot of great ideas. I'm gonna order some Turmeric powder to make the paste they suggested.
Do you think that CBD/hemp oil would be helpful? I think the article talks about hip dysplasia that isn't as sever as Aspens. We got some hemp oil for our senior dog last year and it worked wonders.

Did some research, I think I'm gonna try CBD oil for her. Its anti-inflammatory, pain reliving, and cancer preventing. Always a nice touch. ;)

What do you think of the above brand?
Sounds worth trying, IMO. I don't really know enough about that seller and product to opine, other than to say the reviews seem positive. I hope it works for your furbaby! Will be watching for your follow up. 👀

Cool, I’m gonna give it a go. I just sold a couple poultry cookies on Etsy, so gonna put that towards some CBD for her. I’ll update when I get all the supplies. Just got her PetMate litter box with stairs today, I love the design, she seems to like it. I'm using it with the lid off so I can see her though, she likes to spend a lot of time in the litter box. I'll tell you how it goes!
