My daughter just got a full grown rabbit that is at least a year and a half, I believe he is blind and I am looking for some information on how to take care of him. He is very calm and very sweet.

I have a doe and her kit that I'm trying to identify the breed. I got her from a pet store that said she was mini Rex but she doesn't have the right fur. She was pregnant when we got her. The kit is 2 and a half weeks and has longer fur, short ears and a square head.

Maybe it's just the light angle, but your doe's fur looks unusually shiny to me. She might be a Mini Satin. Mini Satins are about the same size as Mini Rex, but their coats are a more normal length and very glossy. Here's a picture of one:

thank you for your help! It's hard to say if her coat is glossy....she was a bit run down when we got her...wasn't being taken care of well...she also had fur mites....they are gone now. The fur on her head does look a bit shiny.

There less then a year old. We thought they were from the same litter. But they where housed together. Everything was fine. Today I woke up to a litter. We didn't realize was coming. I had two surgery 30-31 days ago and was in hospital. My partner was looking after them. He didn't realize they had a litter coming either. We feed the same way we always had . Two handfuls of kale at night and one scoop of food in morning.10 died 3 had some defects and the rest had a lot of defect in afterbirth. There our 4 left alive. The mother will not care for them. Please tell me how to teach her to nurse or me care for them.please.
