Raccoon attack

Trying to decide if I should put a hen down or not. Raccoon pried a wood plank off the roof to get in the coop. I'm down to 2 chickens now but one has been partially scalped. She's missing a little under a square inch of skin at the back of her neck right where he scalp meets her neck. She doesn't seem to be too upset, still walking around and eating Should I treat it and hope for the best or put her down? Also, that will leave me with only one chicken, would she be ok by herself? I don't want to upset anyone by posting a pic of the injury but can attach one if someone likes.

I had a rooster lose a flap of skin the size of a Ritz cracker from his saddle area; I cleaned it with saline, sprayed it with vetericin (sp) and Neosporin. It granulated well and eventually became a small scar. Hopefully, your hen can thrive as well.
