Raccoon kill?

Ok, for the record. heard the chickens fussing the other night late, found and killed 3 rampaging coons, but not till after they had killed another hen. Note to self... 12 guage works better than the 22 cal.

I've had coons and foxes kill in broad day light. Apparently nocturnal animals get insominia and want to eat when they should be sleeping.

Glad you got your predators!

BTW I have had a hawk kill mine, take the head and start eating from there down.

could be coons, mink, fox,possum. really any predator. We live right along the woods and have all sorts of problems with everything even bobcats and cougars. IM sorry I feel your pain
