Do what you feel is right, if you were offended and want to base your decision not to sell on that then that should be OK. But I will not validate your decision one way or the other that is your decision. Your only concern is if you made a binding contract. Having a objection to opposition to illegal immigration is not a valid reason for backing out of a contract. My neighbor is a south american LEGAL immigrant and we get along great. He has chickens and sort of got me into raising my own flock. BUT I too have a problem with illegals in our country no matter where they come from. It just happens that Mexico is the primary source at the time. Many of us feel the frustration and though someone in your family was illegal does not change the fact that they broke the law. I'm all for forgiveness and acceptance but we who obey the law should not be made to feel guilty. It is not impossible to come here legally there is no excuse for breaking the law.

Perhaps a better title would have been " Question about Business Transaction" or "Business Ethics" Or "Should I go back on the deal?"

Racism exist in ALL races. The question should have been, "Do I have to keep a contract or NOT! Chickens aren't racist!

If you dont want to sell to people who have a problem with illegal immigrates, then you will find few to sell to.

You have a business obligation to the person you originally posted about. Complete the transaction. It might be illegal to back out of the agreement at this point. If you don't like them, don't deal with them again.
